Thursday, Day 4.

I love the look on Mason's face. "Get me away from these people!"

We were all dressed alike for pics on the beach that morning. hehe.

The weather was perfect today. We found an awesome place that we will have to revisit. We spent all morning strolling Broadway at the Beach. This place was filled with carnival rides (for toddlers), shops, restaurants, Hawaiian ice, funnel cakes, fish and ducks. The kids loved it and so did we. We then came back, knowing our time was running out, and played on the beach till the sun went down. Mason took another nap on the beach, and we saw a baby shark caught by some crazy fisherman. After this, we all sat down and discussed what we would be doing about Hurricane Hanna. We decided safety over all. Even if we stayed here, the weather would be horrible till we left. Mason and I went out on the balcony and said bye to the ocean (and shed a few tears). Then we packed up, ate Fuddruckers, and headed to the mountains. We beat anyone evacuating, and had no traffic, arriving at this beautiful cabin at 3:30am. (scary) The best part was, when we got out of the car, 40 to 50 mad hornets were hovering over the wrap around porch. We video taped Randy and Dover playing hero, (or something). Fortunately, they were mostly upstairs and we entered downstairs, and they disappear during the day. We then snuggled into our cabin beds and went to sleep.
