Powerful in Prayer

Watching this political race can make Christians feel hopeless, choosing between the lesser of two evils. (However, not hopeless enough to vote for Obama.) Candidates that don't fully support the Godly heritage and guidelines that this country was founded on is simply un-American! It was this week that we were refreshed and reminded that we are not hopeless or helpless! We are powerful in prayer! So many times, God worked miracles after his people cried out to God in prayer for their nation. We have recommitted ourselves to praying for our nation everyday. God hears us when we pray, what a great promise!
